Kyn Alpha Test

You’re helping us test an early version of Kyn. Thank you for being part of this stage. Below you’ll find how to submit feedback and a clear way to understand the Sweat • Recover • Connect (SRC) scores you’ll see in the app.

What this is

This alpha test helps us understand how Kyn feels to use for the first time — what’s clear, what’s confusing, and what needs improvement.

What we’re asking from you

  • Use the app naturally
  • Follow your instincts
  • Share feedback when something stands out

How to share feedback

In the app, you’ll see a floating pen icon at the bottom of every screen. Tap it anytime to open the in-app feedback form.

  • Submit thoughts, questions, or issues in-app
  • You’ll receive updates on the feedback tickets you submit

Tip: You can submit feedback at any time — no need to finish a flow first.

Sweat • Recover • Connect

In the app, you’ll see three scores. Think of them as signals — not grades. They help explain why Kyn recommends certain classes and what small changes may help.

Tap a pillar to learn more.

What it means

Sweat reflects how well your weekly class mix supports your goal (and whether you’re getting useful variety).

How to read the score
  • Higher usually means your class types are lining up well with what your goal needs.
  • Lower usually means one or two swaps could make your week more goal-aligned.
If you want, tell us your Sweat score and whether the recommended classes make sense.
What’s helping right now (examples)
  • You’re already taking a few goal-aligned formats.
  • You’re mixing intensity or muscle focus across the week.
What to try next
  • Keep your favourites — swap one “filler” class for a more goal-aligned option.
  • If you do the same format often, try one complementary class type this week.
You may see: “This supports your Sweat pillar.”

If you tap a metric in-app and it feels unclear (example: “Recovery Consistency”), tell us what you expected to learn.

How this connects to recommendations

When Kyn recommends a class, it’s usually trying to help one pillar with a small, realistic change:

  • Supports your Sweat → helps your class mix match your goal more closely
  • Supports your Recover → helps your week feel more sustainable
  • Supports your Connect → helps you build a steady rhythm
If a recommendation doesn’t make sense, please share (1) what Kyn suggested and (2) what you would have chosen instead.

What to expect

  • This is an early build
  • Things may change or break
  • Updates may happen during testing
